Storm Debris removal started Monday, Nov. 16. Crews will make two passes to collect the debris.

- The first round is scheduled to be complete by Jan. 30, and a second pass will be complete by March 6.
- Crews will work Monday through Saturday, starting in areas with the most debris.
- Updates and a daily progress map are available by visiting OKC.gov/ice.
OKC Utilities Launches New Online Customer Portal
The OKC Utilities Department has introduced a new customer account portal. For security purposes, OKC customers will need to re-register their account by visiting okcutilities.com and sign up using their current account number and house number. Customers will need to re-enroll in auto pay and paperless billing.

Customers, including those enrolled in paperless billing, will receive a paper bill this month with their account number. Customers may also call Utilities customer service at 297-2833 from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.

If you received a past due balance notice on your bill, simply re-register your account or make a one-time payment on okcutilities.com. You can also call 297-2833 and select option 2.
