The graphics are nice. Unfortunately, it only uses 256 colors, which leads to some weird-looking screens when the game switches from one mode to another: the images will 'wash out' momentarily before reverting to their correct state. It's annoying but not a big deal.
The animations all look nice, however. From the dealing of cards in a game of blackjack to a pair of dice rolling across the table in craps, I like the way this game looks. My only little nitpick would have to be the fact that you don't actually see the ball settle into its slot after spinning around the roulette wheel. You also don't get to see the dealers; the cards magically appear on the table.
Sound-wise, this game really immerses you in the casino experience. After you enter the lobby you get in an elevator which is appropriately playing muzak. You select a floor to play a certain game, and when you get off you see a view of the floor, complete with the low murmurs of gamblers. On the floor with the slot machines you'll hear them incessantly, which is exactly what you'll hear in a real casino.

My favorite part of this game is the gambling academy. As someone who's never gone beyond playing a few slot machines, I had no idea how to play red dog poker, craps, or many of the other games available. The academy has plenty of audio and visual to tell you and show you how to play the game. There are also plenty of tips available (which could come in handy if you want to go gamble for real), and you even get to learn the history behind the games.
Overall, this game is a must for anyone who wants a casino on their computer.
